Lead and oversee the assigned sprint team and guide them in Agile methodologiesGuide and coach the tea/ organization to follow Agile/Scrum practices and become self-organizedBe responsible for supporting and coaching the Product Owner on Agile/Scrum practices Lead and oversee the assigned sprint team and guide them in Agile methodologies Conduct scrum ceremonies like Daily Standup, SCT meetings, Estimation Sessions, Demos, Retrospective, and other cadences.Identify training needs, create training plans and conduct training sessions on Agile principles6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and a minimum of 2 years of experience with Project management. Some experience in training/coaching.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required. SAfe Certified(Preferred)Knowledge and experience with Agile techniques - Automated Testing, User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Testing, Pairing, Agile Games, etc.Experience managing multiple teams, combined teams (internal & external) Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices. Facilitate resolutions as needed.Experience using Salesforce as a user previously is highly preferred
