It''s simple, yet telligent Risk Taking: If something makes sense, we''re willing to give it a try.Celebration: We celebrate life every day of the year with our teammates and residents.Ownership: When everyone on the team is encouraged to take ownership of the care that they give, it positively improves their attitude, which affects everyone around them, from teammates to residents.General Duties: Human Resources:Maintain HRIS - Data entry into Workday of all Personnel changes and reports Conduct pre-employment and background screeningManage Leave of Absence requests and processingEnsure AAP and EEO compliance and reportingMaintain and update human resource records, forms, and policies Payroll:Perform duties relative to the facility''s overall day to day payroll function, policies, and procedures.Prepare, maintain verify, and audit an individual payroll record for each employee''s earnings in accordance with current regulations governing such records.Accounts Payable:Receive incoming mail, sort, distribute to departmentsMaintain records of invoices and vendorsMake calls to vendors as necessary High School or EquivalentAbility to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.Pass Pre-employment back ground check Knowledgeable and experienced with computers, data entry, output, etc. We use texting and email updates to notify of upcoming events.
