Description:DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIESAccounting work includes, but is not limited to:Preparation of journal entries in for month-end and year-end close (entries focused on balance sheet close, cash, notes receivable, intercompany accounting, etc.)Preparation of monthly government reporting requirementsPreparation of monthly balance sheet variance analysis; includes communication and management of complex process with multiple departments within the organization as well as presenting results to Director, MD, and VP/Controller of Financial ReportingPreparation of monthly balance sheet account reconciliations in BlacklineSupporting the annual intangibles impairment analysis, a complex accounting projectPreparation of the 2021 annual financial statements for United (SEC 10-K filing) - focus on Other Comprehensive Income, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Stockholder''s EquityCoordination with external auditors on requests for the annual auditREQUIREMENTSCPABig 4 (at least 2 years of experience)Bachelor''s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related areaExcel ProficiencySkill LevelSenior Level (greater than 8 yrs exp.)CommentsThis role is hybrid.
