TriHealth is actively looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager Mother and Baby at our Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.The Assistant Nurse Manager work under the direction of and in collaboration with the nurse manager, has 24-hour accountability for their area(s) of responsibility. This accountability encompasses: patient care outcomes, service excellence, human resource issues, fiscal management, quality improvement compliance, and communication. Emphasis should be placed on creating a positive environment that fosters professional growth and retention. This environment is supported by the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) acting as a role model and as a mentor and coach to the staff.To be qualified for this position, you must meet these minimum requirements:- EDUCATION: Bachelor''s Degree in Nursing. Certification in specialty area within two years of assuming position. BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers) Registered Nurse in the State of OH - EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years in Maternity Services experience as Registered Nurse required.
