We are seeking a Junior Loan Processor to assist Commercial Loan Officers in our Cleveland office.Ideal CandidateDisciplined and very organized self-starterBackground in Finance & Commercial Real Estate Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook Bachelor''s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education is a plus.Basic Job dutiesSetup & organize documents for deals in proper format to be sent to lending institutionsWork closely with Senior Broker & underwritersCreated and edits power point presentations by gathering information; preparing and editing articles; designing graphic presentation; producing and distributing.Manages Financial information via Microsoft Excel, must know basic formulas.70-75k + benefits
