Global Organization World leader in producing audio equipment Career growth opportunitiesJob DetailsResponsibilities: Utilize webshops, integration software and ERP systems to resolve inquiries Working within Amazon, Ebay and other webshop platforms Handle incoming inquiries via portals, email, chat and phone Responsibility of maintaining service levels within 24 hours Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer''s complaint Advice on products, services and answering webshop-specific questions (payment methods, orders, refunds, payments, delivery times, promotion, etc.) Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution Following up with reviews and ensuring satisfactory resolutions Interface function to logistics, accounting team, service etc. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Escalate issues through the proper channelsSkills: Proven experience managing ecommerce platform communication (Amazon, Ebay, etc..)
