Sourcer Summary: CRG recently launched a search for a Sourcer in Charlotte, NC. Our client is a manufacturing company with over 50 years of experience in machining! They have a range of products for matching of plastics, composites, and thermoformed materials. Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00/hourly Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: Hybrid schedule (3 days in office and 2 days remote), 8:30am - 5:30pm Contract: 6-9 months, possibly longer! Benefits: All W2 Employees at CRG are offered the following benefits options: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, and Long- & Short-Term Disability insurance is offered after 90 days of employment with CRG! We also have a 401K plan, with open enrollment quarterly (January, April, July, and October) after working at CRG for 90 days. CRG matches 25% of the first 6% of employee contributions to the 401K plan! Day to Day Responsibilities: Search for resumes from job boards that match specific jobs relating to field service techs, mechanical engineers, sales roles, service and parts roles. Save qualified resumes found on job boards and from those who applied to the website. Handle initial contacts and phone screens. Call a high volume of candidates to prescreen them for open jobs, explaining each role in detail to ensure they are a fit. Track candidates on an Excel spreadsheet to ensure organization of candidates . Utilize ATS software to send candidates to each job and keep track of the hiring process. Must haves: At least 1 year of Sourcing experience Strong phone presence - this person MUST be OK with being on the phone pipelining and screening all day We offer a $100 bonus if you refer someone who is chosen.
