Assist in the preparation of external reporting requirements, including SEC filings, debt covenants and reporting packages, etc. Assist in research and documentation of new standards to ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements; Interact with internal and external auditors Liaise with tax and treasury, corporate finance, fund accountants, and other relevant departments Participate in the management company close process Identify and implement process improvement initiatives and prepare ad hoc financial analyses Participate in special ad hoc projects and analysis as assigned.Job Requirements: A Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred. 3+ years relevant accounting or audit experience, preferably 2 or more years public accounting experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, account analysis, and accounting policy; Strong ability to interpret and apply GAAP accounting guidance; Excellent organizational skills and be able to handle complex work efficiently and effectively; A self-started with strong work ethic and a committed team memberInterested in hearing more?
