Primary responsibilities include contract administration, scheduling, planning, cost control and coordination with jobsite supervision to ensure that projects are constructed safely in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Coordinates with PM''s and Superintendent regarding schedule, labor, equipment, subcontractors, material suppliers and construction means and methods to achieve efficiency and cost effectiveness.Job DetailsA bachelor''s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent work experienceA minimum of ten years field experience in leading heavy civil and marine construction projects to ensure sufficient knowledge of project operations and administrationExperience in project budget management & schedulingExperience in estimatingAbility to interact and communicate effectively with othersA relatively high level of analytical ability is required for project efficiencyMedical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401K Plan, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid HolidaysComputer literacy required including Microsoft Office, Primavera P3, Suretrak and HCSSAbility to perform in high-stress situationsAbility to demonstrate leadershipInterested in hearing more?
