Lead the annual budget, business planning, and reforecasting process Assist with disposition, acquisitions and refinancing efforts through broker solicitation and selection, negotiation of legal agreements, and closing Assist with conducting transaction analysis and lead due diligence workflows for new acquisitions Maintain properties by scheduling ongoing routine maintenance and enforcing rules of occupancy Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for clients and senior leadership Compile annual operating expense and CAM reconciliations.Requirements: Bachelor''s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years of experience in property and asset management in commercial real estate Experience with multi-family assets preferredInterested in hearing more?
