However, you can work from anywhere that works for you including cities like Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Austin, Phoenix, and more. ROLE OVERVIEW This is an intermediate-level position that reports to the SVP of Talent Services. Partnering with our business leaders and the Talent Services team, the Talent Acquisition Partner will develop processes, attract, recruit and hire top industry talent to add to our ever-growing, fully-remote team while managing the entire recruiting lifecycle. This role is made up of a variety of responsibilities, including: Design and apply multi-dimensional National recruiting strategies that will help attract and hire qualified candidatesBuild talent pipelines for current and future job openingsAct as subject matter expert on market trends, recruiting metrics, operational processes, systems, and toolsManage recruitment and selection services such as LinkedIn and relationships with external recruitersMonitor labor legislation and implement necessary changes to keep recruitment process compliantIdentify & analyze performance of industry job boardsChampion DEI strategy and initiativesJob requisition writing & proofingPartner with hiring managers to gain an understanding of the business unit''s need for each position, what success looks like and how it connects to the team and overall businessEnrich our employer brand through relationships and taking exceptional care with candidates and our teamQUALIFICATIONS5+ years in recruiting, preferably with marketing agency experienceCommitment to diversity, equity & inclusionExtraordinary ability to communicate clearly and effectively, influence and make decisionsJob board expertise and an ability to maximize their usage using analyticsBusiness acumen and drive to fully understand how our business works and the intersections between rolesAbility to follow process but also recognize opportunities for efficiencies and better practicesHungry, humble and smart with people COMPANY OVERVIEWMarketing Architects is an All-Inclusive TV agency that gives performance brands access to high-quality, effective TV campaigns without the traditional high entry cost and ongoing challenges of optimization, scale, and measurement.
