CLINICAL PHARMACIST: A TriHealth Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing optimal pharmaceutical care to all patients we serve through distributive and clinical functions. The Clinical Pharmacist collaborates with other health care providers to ensure appropriateness of all elements of pharmaceutical care and independently operates within policies and procedures to manage the department''s clinical and consultative services. The Clinical Pharmacist supervises the work of supportive team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency of distributive services.
