Apply NOW to become a part of our great team in Fort Mill SC, Conshohocken PA and Carrollton TX! **This role is remote but applicants MUST live a commutable distance from one of the 3 locations listed above** Pay: $55-$65 per hour Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday Summary: This is a hybrid position for a Scrum Master with real world Project Manager experience as well (financials, project plans, understanding of project details...). They provide effective leadership, coordination and organization for 1-4 Information Security projects, simultaneously. They will start up projects, create project plans, assign resources, track progress, review financials and hold the team accountable to their deliverables. Responsibilities: • Develops, refines, validates and manages project plans and sprints to ensure on time and on budget delivery of major technology initiatives across the enterprise. This includes management of hours and dollars.• Provides overall financial project view to manage the development of budgets, controls and measurements to monitor project progress.• Participates in identifying project costs, resource allocation, project schedule changes and issue escalation.• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing• Good group presentation skills.• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. Frequently interacts with IT personnel, business personnel, vendors, consultants and other contractors at various levels, including executives.• Provides timely and concise communications to business and technical leadership regarding project status and pending issues; analyzes processes and makes recommendations for optimizing resources and product delivery.• Builds consensus among multiple leads relative to project scope, task execution, staffing and issue resolution.• Responsible for directing and coaching for Agile processes and ceremonies (sprints, standups, PIs, Retrospectives).• Brokers services within vendors on behalf of the business area represented.• Responsible for utilizing project management methods as well as the coordination of internal and external resources required to complete assigned projects.
