We know, revolutionary right?!Main Purpose The Senior Media Specialist will report to the Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager and collaborate with the team on a range of recruitment marketing campaigns to support client growth. It''s an exciting time to be joining - you''ll be working with well-known brands to engage and attract quality temporary staff to drive our ambition to help people get jobs. Responsibilities & DutiesMedia planning and research new attraction channels, liaising with media agencies, suppliers, scoping cost, and book mediaManage media plan and delivery of ATL marketing including TV, radio, OOH, etc.Support the design and execution of media channel strategy including online (job boards, social media, Google, etc) and offline channels including ATL, events, flyers to name a fewPartner with Sales and Account Management teams to understand enterprise opportunities and propose relevant media strategies for sales pitchesTailor media plan according to client staffing needs regarding shift patterns, skill requirements and pay rates to ensure they recruit quality workersCampaign coordination and delivery, activating media channels based on a defined media channel planBrief and partner with the Design team to define creative requirements, scope new collateral and assets to support attraction campaignsCampaign optimization, tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of job advertsIdentify new and innovative ways to attract and engage key audiences and grow the temporary staffing poolAssist with recruitment marketing reporting where appropriateCollaborate with digital and social media marketing leads to support campaign development and optimizationQualifications and SkillsA committed team player with a proactive attitudeCreative individual who is a self-starter and strives for excellenceA quicker learner and eagerness to learn and growAbility to prioritize and manage your workload independentlyDetail-minded and organizedStrong MS Office skills: Excel, Word, and PowerpointMeet deadlines and perform under pressureStrong and effective communication skillsOne final thing: Our client loves diversity and welcome all people from diverse backgrounds with open arms, no matter your race, age, sexual orientation, disability, gender, religion... you get the picture.
