Professional Development Medical Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Plan) Holidays Vacation Life InsuranceJob DetailsPOSITION SUMMARYProvide and monitor accurate and timely financial information in accordance to Lean Accounting, General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and company policy to internal stakeholders and corporate management.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide financial analysis, modeling and accounting for various company investments and projects. Monitor, analyze, and report operating results versus budget to ensure optimal financial performance. Manage the planning, coordination, and preparation of capital budgets and forecast. Perform four types of financial closings (Yearly plan, Target, Forecast, Actual). Analyze and monitors key performance drivers and make recommendations. Identify process / system gaps un finance area and propose viable solutions, may work directly in implementing solutions and/or work with implementation team to correct gaps or make improvements. Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data. Provide guidance and recommendations to functional leaders on how to maximize overall budget performance. May lead relevant assigned projects and may support other teams on ad-hoc projects. May establish and enable financial policies and procedures according to management direction. Prepare thorough analysis of the general ledger and various financial systems. Provide financial and reporting support on various financial activities to functional leaders and executives. Maintain, develop, and support financial systems related to budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, key account templates and participate in the planning and coordination of capital budgets and forecast. All other responsibilities as assigned by manager.REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor''s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is required (MBA or CPA a plus) 5+ years relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting and problem solving with increasing responsibility, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong working knowledge and demonstrated ability of accounting principles; General and Cost Accounting theory Ability to analyze, organize and report financial data in a meaningful and easy to understand manner Must be detail oriented with a strong knowledge of accounting theory, financial systems Able to multitask and maintain deadlines and achieve assigned targets Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills Strong command of Excel, MS Office Suite and other required software Knowledge of SQL and ERP Business Flows preferred Korean Bilingual highly preferredInterested in hearing more?
