Job Details for Architectural Metal Finishing Technician: Schedule: Monday - Friday (First Shift 7am-330pm, Second Shift 330pm-12am)Pay Rate: $Job Responsibilities & Description for Architectural Metal Finishing Technician:Architectural Metal Finishing Technician lift and position workplaces, manually, onto tables.Architectural Metal Finishing Technician use electric or air operated grinder to polish, remove weld marks, and/or remove paint.Identify correct type of grit of sanding or grinding media.Transport goods using carts, pallet jacks or by hand, between work station and paint department.Architectural Metal Finishing Technician must be able to lift, reach, bend, pull, and push.Architectural Metal Finishing Technician must be able to use hand held electric or pneumatic grinder/sander at waist level, and up to eye level, as product may be on table, or freestanding. Position requires standing on feet for entire shift.Keep work area clean and observe all safely rules, wear proper safety equipment.
