Understand the concept of Chart Preparation, accurate collection of patient information, gathering patients'' notes, being able to travel to other sites, handle hospital calls for consults. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to complete work with minimal supervision and can work both independently and in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
