Investment Services Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst within the Operations Continuous Improvement (OCI) division at COUNTRY Financial, you will partner with various business areas to drive out business processes and project requirements to move projects forward for the Investment Services division. This role will also work closely with our Technology partners to help ensure quality project execution and delivery. The ideal candidate would have experience with investment products, services, and operations.This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.How does a Commercial Business Analyst make an impact?Understands business change needs; assesses business impact of those changes, capturing, analyzing and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with appropriate stakeholders.Takes the lead in assisting with the business case, eliciting requirements, translating and simplifying requirements, and use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project''s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.Clarifies, updates and improves the business processes impacted by technology changes, and maps out the requirements for one or more systems to support needs and processes.
