Project Manager

As a Project Manager in the Operations Continuous Improvement (OCI) division at COUNTRY Financial, you will partner with the Investment Services team to deliver high priority projects and programs to provide business value. In this role you''ll manage and monitor projects from initiation through delivery and close; serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments to effectively manage expectations, scope, schedule and budget to ensure targets and requirements are met; ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and add business value; and keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results. Manage product changes with an organizational impact. Work directly with stakeholders at all levels, providing high visibility. Build relationships across multiple areas throughout the organization.This position is based out of our corporate office in Bloomington, IL. Employees have the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week.How does a Project Manager make an impact? Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones; tracks project milestones and deliverables. Develop Project Charter, Scope, Stakeholders and Project Team Organization. Determines the frequency and content of status reports from project team, analyzes results and troubleshoots problem areas. Conducts project post mortems and creates a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
