Resource Specialist

This role requires a flexible, organized and innovative thinker. They will provide support to adults with disabilities in residential homes, using a person-centered approach. Location Coon Rapids and surrounding cities (Additional options available) Schedule: Full Time, Flexible Schedule! Afternoons, Evenings and Weekends needed! $20.00 hour Responsibilities: Assists individuals in all areas of daily living, while encouraging independence and community inclusion Assisting in developing and attaining their personal life goals Provides coaching, supervision and assistance to persons served Follows and implements guidelines and routines while encouraging independence and community inclusion Completes daily documentation Assist with supporting day to day operations, special projects and crisis situations Communicate ideas to team to enhance services Assist driving persons served to and from appointments or community activities Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Designated Coordinator status gained through experience and education Valid driver''s license and proof of valid motor vehicle insurance Preferred Requirements: 1 year direct care experience Opportunity Partners is an equal opportunity employer committed to affirmative action and a welcoming work environment for people of diverse communities.
