Appointment Setter | Immediate Hire | $16-$21/hr

Avolta Power is continuing to grow and is looking to expand into new territories. We were founded in 2015 and have quickly grown to be one of the largest solar providers in the nation generating over $70 million in revenue in 2020, alone. We are currently looking to hire an appointment setter to work in collaboration with our sales and marketing teams. This role is imperative to the success of our team as they are the driving force to getting our innovative products into the hands of new clients and consumers. This role is entry level and has the ability to move into more senior roles with paid training and development opportunities. What experience do you need to be considered for a role with us? 1-2 years of experience working in a customer facing role Previous door-to-door experience is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills Energetic and positive mental attitude The ability to stay organized Reliable transportation The ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time if needed The Role You Will Play You will be working with homeowners to schedule appointments for our professional Sales Representatives. Your responsibility is not to close sales. You will be going door-to-door in neighborhoods with the end goal of setting an appointment with the homeowner and a member of our sales team. The primary function of this role is to prospect leads by building relationships out in the field with potential customers to introduce our products and services. (After on-site training and in-field shadowing the Canvasser will venture into the market to build customer relationships.)
