In each of these markets, PSC makes the ballpark the best restaurant in town.Additionally, with an expanding client list and a proven business plan, our entrepreneurial company offers exciting growth opportunities to any strong-performing candidate.JOB SUMMARY:The Catering Manager will oversee all catering venues at Truist Field, including large picnic areas, party decks, full scale food and beverage menus, and luxury suites. This person will help manage a staff of at least 15 hourly employees and volunteers including; suite servers and picnic supervisors. He/She will focus on the details of planning and executing all catering operations effectively. This person will work with the Executive Chef to maintain proper inventory levels and will be responsible for; catering event client service, offering menu and pricing recommendations, overseeing the pre-game setup of all catering venues, ensuring food delivery, bill distribution, and the opening and closing of picnic venues are done in a timely manner. The Catering Manager will report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage.QUALIFICATIONS:• Prior experience in foodservice, restaurants, or catering required• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem solving skills• Must be able to maintain strong thinking skills while under pressure and time limits• Strong communication and people management skills• Basic computer skillsLevy is an equal opportunity employer.
