Sr. Frontend Developer

Location: Remote Roles/Responsibilities: • You have 5+ years front end web development experience, with a deep level of expertise in JavaScript & React, and with exposure to TypeScript & MobX • You have experience working in e-commerce and you understand that the 1 priority is to keep the site shoppable for customers • You have a thorough understanding of how to optimize your code for Performance & Accessibility • You have a technical background with expertise in engineering principles and design patterns • You are passionate about writing clean, modern, maintainable, & highly-performant code • You have the pro-active ability and a self-starter attitude to troubleshoot and solve problems • You have expertise in CSS/SASS, with strong UX and design sensibilities, and the ability to meet build complex layouts and meet pixel-perfect design requirements • You have a positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach • You have experience working in an Agile team and using Jira • You have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness, in one-on-one interactions and presenting to a room • You have self-awareness and a desire to continually improve Required Skills: • Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript including DOM manipulation and relevant concepts • Prior experience with popular state management tool - Mobx • Familiarity with more current specifications of EcmaScript6 • Knowledge of Styled Component is a plus • Good Knowledge in Node JS is a plus • Experience with a unit testing framework - Jest • Familiarity with RESTful APIs • Good knowledge in HTML5, CSS3 • Having knowledge in any one CSS frameworks Ex SASS LESS is plus • Proficiency with browser-based debugging and performance testing • Working experience in the agile development project is a plus • Drupal CMS Theme development experience is an added advantage • Ecommerce Domain experience is an added advantage • Bit Bucket, GIT experience is an added advantage
