Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Occupational Therapist position. In this role, you will provide occupational therapy service to patients including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual patient treatments, discharge planning, and perform other related duties as required. As well as support activities which build and maintain a Rehab Center of Excellence. The critical skills and knowledge required to successfully perform the functions of the position are normally obtained through: Bachelor''s degree in Occupational Therapy; Master''s degree preferredValid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered2-3 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility/outpatient rehab environment preferredExperience in adult neurologic, cardiac, cognitive and/or general rehabilitation preferredProficient in electronic documentation & reviewing electronic medical recordsTo protect the health and safety of our residents, employees, and the communities we serve, Acts has implemented a universal COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) vaccination requirement for all employees.
