Inside Sales Representative

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the position will drive sales for parts and supplies of both commercial and residential air conditioning equipment inventory and accessories, based on customer input and plan specifications. This individual will work close with Account Managers and Sales Engineers on their jointly assigned accounts in their designated markets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Point of Contact for order processing of established stocking programs * Proactively makes outbound calls to customers in order to generate sales * Maximize sales potential through ongoing dialog and maintaining customer relationships * Ability to identify growth opportunities in parts and supplies segments of the business * Research customer accounts through business intelligence tools to identify growth opportunities * Ensure execution of order fulfillment by CEMA, Ryder, Warehouse and Operations Team members * Develop and maintain detailed, comprehensive contact lists * Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers * Process overflow parts order requests * Assist with the maintenance and follow-up of open orders * Establish Primary POC for P&S bidding, Order processing, and stocking programs * Utilize WATSCO Ventures Easy Stock * Utilize eComm * Utilize Contractor Assist -- Pick-up Express * Manage and grow sales with assigned GPO accounts * Concentrated focus on compressor and motors * Additional duties as assigned by manager Skills * Proficient use of MS Excel * Highly energetic, motivated self-starter with strong work ethic * Ability to research information not readily available * Must be results, detail and team-oriented * Excellent customer service skills * Experience working with contractors is desired * Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and possess excellent organizational skills * Must be computer literate * Associate degree preferred * Minimum 2+ years experience in HVAC, sales or other related industry experience * Excellent customer service skills * Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Drivers License ***Must be available 2 weekends during the fall for Annual Inventory Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
