Shift Security Supervisor

General Supervisor Responsibilities: Evaluate, assess and analyst performance of security personnel Maintain all security devices and products in good working condition Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts, and other risks Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implement security measures Acts as trouble shooter for any problems that might arise during the shift Provide crime prevention training and education to the community we protect Acts as Incident Commander until additional command resources arrive during a crisis Conduct shift-based drills to ensure security personnel readiness Maintains training and development records Monitors and tracks the adherence to time and attendance standards Qualifications: High School diploma/GED required. Three years related security experience required Must be in possession of a valid state motor vehicle driver''s license have and maintain a clean motor vehicle driving record (no more than two current points). Must pass a University criminal background investigation.
