Now Hiring Machine Operators!Fettig is hiring Machine Operators near Grand Rapids. This is a growing company hiring entry level candidates looking for full-time work! Any light industrial or manufacturing experience is great. Previous experience in machine operating, inspection or assembly is preferred but not required - willing to train! Clean environment and potential pay raises after training - available on all shifts!Machine Operator Responsibilities: The Machine Operators day will consist of standing in one place overlooking the machines. Attention to detail is key because they will need to be focused on the products coming through the machine to ensure quality is met.Some visual inspection is done by them and use of hand tools occurs frequently.Detailed assembly using basic hands tools (screwdriver or drill)Operate small trim press machine when neededMinor adjustments to machine settingsVisually inspect fully assembled productMay be required to check products using calipers or pin gaugesMachine Operator Requirements: Basic math skills Detail oriented Self-motivated OrganizedNot the right fit?
