Essential functions of position include, but are not limited to:General Responsibilities: Computer work (must have experience with word, excel, and power point). Customer Service (must have the ability to multi-task and help people to locate the appropriate resource for their needs). Oversee projects and provide leadership to HR Initiatives. Provide weekly data and reports to Market HR Director and analyze/recommend new strategies.HRIS Management: Provides support and on-going user training for HR systems and processes. Serves as LifeTalent Administrator to ensure accurate assignments, current job descriptions and timely annual performance reviews based on proper assignment of job codes. Performs required follow-up to ensure organizational compliance with LifeTalent deadlines. Manages compensation programs by overseeing experience date methodology, new hire/transfer rate quotes, monitoring internal position hierarchy, and recommending salary ranges based on market data. Maintains policies and approvals related to recruitment incentives including sign-on and referral bonuses. Attends LMAT meeting and provides follow-up to manage open requisition approvals. Updates policies, procedures, job descriptions and job posting verbiage as changes dictate. Compiles data and develops reporting methods to identify and report on key HR performance indicators. Promotes effective teamwork by supporting process and data needs of recruitment, employee relations initiatives.Regulatory/Risk: Understands TJC and CMS HR requirements. Oversees personnel file maintenance and assists HR Leader with regulatory compliance. Assists HR Leader as requested during surveys. Takes particular interest in assuring TJC standards related to credentialing and onboarding are complete and accurate.
