Senior Franchise Accounting Analyst

Currently we are searching for a Senior Franchise Analyst to fulfill an immediate vacancy. This individual will be responsible for: • Interpreting and applying Toyota''s Market Representation policies and procedures to individual dealership agreement related documents. • Analyzing and interpreting financial statements and assessing holding company performance to ensure dealerships are in compliance with Toyota''s capital requirements such as net working capital, profitability, debt to equity, and current ratio. • Summarizing and analyze all related legal documents, such as purchase agreements, loans, leases, corporate governance documents, and estate/trust planning documents. • Developing and maintaining business relationships with Southeast Toyota (SET) Legal Department, SET Field Support, SET Dealers and their representatives and Toyota Motor North America Market Representation associates. We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of: Bachelor''s Degree in Business (Accounting or Finance preferred) and/or Legal Studies. Minimum 3-5 years'' experience in interpreting legal and or accounting/financial documents (including but not limited to: trusts and contracts). MBA, CPA, JD or Senior Paralegal Certification a plus.
