Excellent time management skills; maximizing slow periods to complete tasks during your shift.Fostering a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited nursing programActive Registered Nursing License in North Dakota OR active compact RN license OR active ND RN Graduate Work Authorization and obtain ND RN License within 90 days of work authorization issue dateBasic Life Support (BLS) or obtained within 30 days of hireACLS & PALS must be obtained within 12 months of hire; will be acquired and maintainedPREFERRED: Medical-Surgical Unit and/or Long-Term Care RN experience
