With over 500 scientists working in 6 global R&D centers, we are empowering innovations that align with our philosophy of 'Extended Lifecare Beyond Boundaries''.Why join us?Great place to work certifies for 2020 and 2021Strong social commitment to help build an strengthen public health and education in rural areasTop of the line medical/dental/vision benefitsPTO and paid sick timeJob DetailsAs a tech support engineer you will:Review Spam filtering, User account locks.Review firewall & VPN security logs.Review ATT fiber circuit for usage - weekly.VPN tunnel bandwidth & usage, Datto Backup report.Restart all lab instrument controllers - Monthly.Webroot anti-virus Review & monitor.Network printers - Set up, any issues with printing, user codes, etc.Create/deactivate new users, set up email.Active Directory, file server management, firewall, Distribution groups, security groups.Setting up Desktop/Laptop, battery/laptop issues, VPN, replace batteries for Laptop, UPS.Share drives - Access.Patches, windows updates.Any Outlook issues, SMTP.Manufacturing / QC instrument Backup, set up any new.Licenses Monitor, Ethernet Switches, Host.TV connectivity Meeting rooms.Set up Zebra PrintersPhones - Work with AT&T to provide new mobile lines as needed.Printers - Set up password, clear ques, co-ordinate with the vendor for regular services.Qualifications:Bachelor''s in computer science or Graduate or equivalent7+ years hands on experience in pharmaceutical or life science related industryFamiliarity in an FDA regulated industry.
