Med Surg Nurse

We are currently hiring compassionate and caring Registered Nurses to fill a 3-month assignments in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This registered nurse opportunity is working 12-hour day or night shifts in Med/Surg. Responsibilities of the Med/Surg Nurse:Uses professional nursing skills through assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and supervision of individual patient care for the adult patient ages 18-100+ according to departmental policies and procedures.Accepts responsibility for collaboration of co-workers in the implementation of patient anizes and provides direct patient care incorporating clinical decision-making and prioritization of activities.Education of the patient and family/significant other and other health care team members is provided by the Registered Nurse.Work 36-48 hours/weekRequirements of the Registered Nurse:1 year of MS experience1 year of previous travel - RequiredMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong critical thinking and process management skills.
