Construction Superintendent needed in Greenwich!Our client- A well established and reputable developer, owner and management group specializing in commercial and residential real estate throughout the region. Projects included new ground-up and commercial interior remodeling of office building, restaurants, retail, mixed-use, health care, shopping centers and multi-family. They are now seeking a Construction Superintendent for the Greenwich, CT area. Direct hire opportunity with medical benefits, performance bonuses, PTO and relocation assistance to those who qualify. Duties: •Responsible for all on-site activities •Subcontractor coordination, maintaining schedules and timeline''s •Managing all trades and materials •Quality control and safety•10+ years of commercial on-site management experience •Experience working for a CG •Experience with multi-family or multi-story ground-up builds from $5MM- $10MM+ •Experience with commercial interior remodels from $100K+ •Diverse project background is very beneficial CBC
