Now hiring a Lead Account Executive in Waukesha, WI!Trillium Construction is looking for a Lead Account Executive/Interior Specialty Construction. Being the "in house" expert. Educating marketplace about specialty construction services that are offered. Creating and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Along with developing relationships with GC''s vendors and referral sources. Developing and executing strategies for vertical markets and target audiences Leading and participating in training, team meetings, strategies, presentations and building tours. Working knowledge and execution of our electronic tools including Khameleon KRM, Newforma, Budget Calculator and CRC (Portal). Working with constructions team members to make sure that project deliverables are submitted on time and resources are properly deployed Putting together bids and proposals and project forecasting reports. Pay is $60-75k + Commission. Most travel within SE WI All day travels.
