The company designs, develops and deploys project-based ERP solutions for the world''s leading architects, engineers and consultancies.Why join us?Industry Leader Global OrganizationGenerous Compensation and Benefits PackagesJob DetailsResponsibilities: Work with senior stakeholder to clearly understand the business objectives Facilitate the estimating process for approved software development initiatives Developing a viable plan to deliver newly approved software development initiatives with input from key stakeholders, software engineering and quality assurance leadership Identifying resources required to support the project plan and working with the Product Director to schedule the appropriate resources Managing a software development initiative from approval to final release Ensuring the Release Management process and schedules are followed by the project team Developing the appropriate project tracking and status reporting mechanisms to deliver the project on time and on budget Communicating tasks, timelines, and logistics to internal and external team members Scheduling prioritized software product backlog across the respective Product team, in balance with ongoing software development initiatives Setup and maintenance of software development projects in company project systems Attendance at critical implementation meetings, including workshops, testing sessions, and steering committee meetings per the project plan Completion of Project Status reporting on a timely and regular basis Keeping immediate Supervisor and Product Director informed of all relevant issues and concerns along with identifying potential mitigating steps Fostering a positive and team oriented working environment for the respective Product teamSkills: Proven experience in delivering complex distributed systems (ERP, custom-built, Business Intelligence) from requirements to production in a traditional On-Premise and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task Exhibit attention to detail, with a focus on thoroughness, accuracy, and consistency Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent presentation skills with the ability to develop professional and compelling collateral Ability to lead others and motivate the team with a positive and confident personal style Possess a drive towards forward progress and delivering results while taking responsibility Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high aptitude to learn Knowledge and experience with software development methodologies including waterfall and agile Ability to identify and formulate mitigation strategies for project issues and risk Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment Flexibility and willingness to help in other areas as priorities shift Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products Experience using JIRA or Azure Dev Ops Awareness of Earned Value Management conceptsExperience Bachelor''s degree 10+ years in software development project managementInterested in hearing more?
