Talent Acquisition Consultant - Long Term Temporary

Talent Acquisition takes a strategic, long-term view of developing a talent pipeline - filling positions today and utilizing recruiting campaign candidates as a means to fill similar positions in the future. Talent Acquisition Consultants strategically and operationally identify, build relationships, and select people who possess the mindset, values, and special skills to be successful within the organization and within certain roles and challenges to drive quality outcomes, efficiencies and/or revenue, and performance. They provide candidates and hiring leaders the ultimate employment experience. This is a 16-18 month full time temporary position. Approximately half of the role will involve providing full-cycle recruiting services to our hiring departments, and the other half of the role will involve sourcing candidates for our physician and advanced practice provider positions. We work in a hybrid setting, meaning that both remote and in-office work will be required.* High School Diploma, GED, or a higher level of education that would require the completion of high school, is required.
