The growing division (over 1,000 employees) is looking for a leader to join the Corporate Talent Acquisition Department and report directly to the VP of Talent Acquisition. The Manager will work closely with regional leaders and oversee a small team to effectively recruit skilled talent, act as a subject matter expert within the recruiting process, report metrics and develop effective programs to support the talent acquisition strategy.What you will be doing:Demonstrate thought leadership, communication, pro-active consultation and ability to influence internal team members and business stakeholdersReview and analyze applicant flow data, effective sourcing methods and recruiting metrics Pro-actively align with the division''s business goals to align resources effectivelyUse innovative sourcing techniques to identify skilled talent and influence on market trendsPartner with senior and line management to ensure a deep understanding of job responsibilities and a successful profile for talent including cultural and regional fit. Collaborate and influence hiring managers on an effective recruiting strategy that will streamline the hiring process and ensure a quality hireParticipate and lead talent reviews with the division''s executive team Provide formal and informal training and coaching to the team and leadership on interview trends, techniques and best practicesPartner and collaborate with the HR TeamCreate, edit and maintain accurate and meaningful recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness of sourcing strategy and time in process.Required Experience to be successful: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor''s Degree plus at least five years of full life cycle, exempt level recruiting experience. A blend of agency and corporate recruiting experience is preferred but not required. Experience operating in a fire, safety, low voltage or skilled trade industry is preferred. In addition, we seek the following:Expert level knowledge leading full lifecycle recruiting for Exempt and Non- Exempt Positions with a national scope. Includes sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal parameters, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligenceGrowth mindset personality that is excited about developing programs in a growing division Highly resourceful and enthusiastic towards leveraging existing technology to source candidates through social media, employee lists from the competitive landscape, on-line networking, data mining Internet and other website functionsStrong initiative and solid judgment to provide coaching, manage candidates, influence hiring managers and work with executives Polished written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clear direction and expectations. A passion for the collaborative consultative relationship with Hiring Managers. High service delivery with consistent and constant communication. This is critical for the full life cycle, high engagement processDedicated effort to the candidate experience. Comfort with recruiting passive job seekers and sharing the value of joining the organization. High touch candidate management is key for each opening. Engage all candidates to effectively represent the company and its opportunities as a world class organizationEnjoys coaching and training while also has the ability to work independently to manage a desk of open and pipeline searches.
