Because of this mindset, we are experiencing unprecedented growth and seeking an Operations (Merchandising) Manager to actively support one of our key clients. Seeing that we service clients across the US, the location is flexible.The Operations Manager is responsible for providing guidance in setting the overall direction of a client''s program and is accountable for the operational effectiveness of the various elements of said program. The incumbent will closely monitor key performance metrics and work closely with program leadership and shared services functions to support the client''s needs and expectations. Specific duties include:Works with Client Services Managers, Program Managers and other key account team partners to determine meaningful business metrics for the program and supports efforts to build necessary analytics and reportingOversees and monitors all fulfillment activities and ensures assets are deployed accurately, timely and thoroughly. Actively manages inventory supply within budget and analyzes runs rates for field usageContinuously works to enhance operational systems, processes and policies in support of designated program goals - specifically focusing on improving reporting, information flow and management, business processes and organizational planningDevelops, maintains and deploys weekly field data collection surveys - produces field activity reports, and manages reporting exceptions and resolutionsManages relationships with clients, vendors, developers and third-party logistics warehousesPrepares routine, monthly, and quarterly executive fulfillment reports. Manages all related data and reconciles systems reportsPerforms other duties as assignedThe successful candidate will possess the following:Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or three or more years in a service industryOne to two years'' inventory planning and inventory management experienceOne or more years-experience in a retail, merchandising or marketing environmentOutstanding organizational skills, natural ability for attention to detail, project management experience, ability to self-manage and prioritize daily tasksExcellent judgement, effective problem resolution skills, sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple demandsProficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)Ability to work in ambiguity in a fast-paced, results oriented environmentMust have the ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and address any issues that ariseResponsive to changes in the industry and field needsKnowledge & Skills:Work requires demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills Work requires excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize workWork requires strong analytical/problem solving skills.This is an exceptional opportunity for the right operations leader, if this is you we encourage you to formally apply for the position here: WIS is an equal opportunity employer
