Tech Lead-Java, AWS, Angular

My client is looking for a Tech Lead/Sr. Software Engineer who is looking to work on cutting edge technology. This is not a maintenance role, but rather an opportunity for you to build something new and exciting!This is an opportunity to work with cutting edge technology in the health care domain.*A cloud native architecture which leverages tip of the spear AWS capabilities. *A competitive salary and benefits. *Highly collaborative and engaging work environment. *And most importantly, opportunities to learn and grow both technically and personally.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * You will have the opportunity to work directly with business users and product owners to design and implement solutions based on product needs as an active collaborator (not a passive order taker).*You will participate and contribute in cross functional design reviews where you will review proposed solutions from other teams.*The Scrum Master and members of management will rely on you to keep them up to date on the status of work in progress, and you will provide them with accurate estimates for anticipated work. *You will have the talent to deliver fault-tolerant, reliable, and scalable solutions which will fit within the Curantis engineering standards.*You will be a mentor to junior developers in developing best practices for developing code, doing code reviews, and implementing unit test coverage.*And most of all you will be willing to make commitments and hold to them, while sharing and taking ownership for the collective outcome of the team.QUALIFICATIONS: *Bachelors'' Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.*7+years of Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Angular development, Golang and/or Ionic is a plus*Experience in SQL, (Postgres/MySQL) and No Sql DB''s *Experience designing and building REST services within a microservice architecture. *Experience in cloud native and cloud based applications. AWS Lambda is a plus. *Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and working on small teams. *Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Architects, DBA''s and QA. *Exposure to GIT, Code commit with experience with AWS products and services preferred.*Native mobile applications is a plus. *AWS certification is a plus. *Knowledge of the healthcare/hospice industry is a plus.
