Staffmark has great Customer Service positions with Nashville''s premiere cookie company! These positions are Monday - Friday , first shift and seasonal, located in their Germantown area office and start 11/01. Primary Responsibilities: Exceptional Customer Service - pleasant attitude - conflict resolution - accuracy• Pleasant telephone voice, understandable, ample loudness without being overly loud Import gift lists Answer high volume inbound calls Orders entered in real time into the AS400 system Trouble shoot client problems in a timely manner, may involve Credit and/or Customer Concern forms Prepare daily order log via Sales Force Work with Holiday Sales Assistants and Office Staff Work with clients whose Christie Cookie Co. experience has not lived up to their expectation Generate Credit and/or Customer Concern forms Trouble shoot client problems in a timely manner Track FedEx packages Proofing responsibilities and Data entry during down time File hard copy orders Other duties as assigned Paid onsite training Skills/Knowledge: Familiar with Sales Force Proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook Understand day-to-day operation of a networked PC Basic operational knowledge of office equipment, i.e. printer, scanner, fax machine Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skilled in conflict resolution Ability to multi-task Attention to detail Ability to make decisions Work with limited supervision Previous customer service experience Dress: Business casual Jeans on Friday-classy only Excellent personal hygiene Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Overtime as needed About Staffmark Staffmark is committed to providing equal employment opportunity for all persons regardless of race, color, religion (including religious dress and grooming practices), sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, pregnancy, medical condition, genetic information, mental and physical disability, political affiliation, union membership, status as a parent, military or veteran status or other non-merit based factors.
