Line Cook - Part-time - Second Shift

We are seeking a Line Cook to work Wednesday and Thursday from 3 or 4 p.m. to 8:30 or 9 p.m. Responsibilities: Ensure service kitchens are stocked and ready for service at meal time Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, and mixing Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, or other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards Ensure that all food prep and storage areas meet all restaurant cleaning standards Maintain daily temperature log record-keeping of food, dishwasher, and refrigeration according to ODH Requirements Control organization and inventory of food, equipment, and supplies Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift Perform other duties as assigned d expediting
