Part Time Bookkeeper

Part Time Bookkeeper/Accountant Needed for Growing Firm! About the Company: Family-owned residential property management firm catering to high end clientele You will have the ability to grow as the firm grows, implementing new policies and procedures to make the role your own! Part time, in-office position, all proper COVID safety protocols are followed, flexible schedule (days and hours) Down to earth management, open to ideas and suggestions Responsibilities: Full ownership of all accounting and finance activities for 30+ properties including mortgage and tax payments, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting Communicate with vendors and clients daily, clearly articulate variances or budget changes, helping the clients be proactive, not reactive Oversee outsourced payroll process, ensure hourly staff are paid accordingly Experience Preferred: 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Real estate experience a plus Experience with Appfolio, Yardi or related program a plus Strong written and verbal communication along with exceptional attention to detail If you would like to be considered, please email your resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]
