This could include, but is not limited to natural disasters, workplace violence, facility emergencies, fire and issues of serious injury or illness. As a GSOC Analyst, you are analytic, inquisitive, and curious about the security of our company, the site, and our people. We hope you will join us in this effort.Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst supports athenahealth Global SecurityManagement and other business function leaders. Executes the various core functions of theGSOC to include, but not limited to; Incident Recognition/Escalation, Intelligence Analysis,Emergency Response, Travel Security, and Physical Security.Role:Seeking Global Security Analyst for exciting Integrated Global Security Operations Center / Intelligence Analysis Role in a corporate global security team. Analysts act as partners who work closely with teams across the security organization and the wider business to understand information requirements, deliver timely analysis, and present key insights to internal stakeholders. This GSOC Analyst is responsible for balancing the role of incident leader and intelligence analyst - receiving information from a variety of sources, assessing the importance of the data, and disseminating it accurately and professionally under normal and emergency response conditions. As GSOC personnel, you are analytic, inquisitive, and curious about the security of our company, our sites, and our people. You ask questions, seek answers and love data.• Serve on a dynamic corporate security team with multi-site and international range of focus• Use state-of-the-art access control, CCTV, and risk management systems and software.• Serve as key advisor to Global Security Team''s leadership• This is not a "dispatch job" this is an integral analytic and operational role• Business Casual Uniform/Dress Code that exceed "typical'' industry stereotypes.. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:Be at least 18 years of age Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experiencePossess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective mannerLicensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local lawsDriving Positions: must possess a valid Driver''s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.Monitors closed circuit television systems and alarmsMonitors and operates facility computers systems regularly, as assignedDisplay exceptional customer service and communication skillsHave intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sitesAbility to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficientlyAnswer phones and greets guests and employeesHandle security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
