Job Description

FINANCIAL ANALYST DESCRIPTION The Home Office Financial Analyst will support day to day operations as well as month end close functions. This position will be required to: * Financial Statement Analysis & Reporting * Corporate Expense Analysis including P-card * Financial statement consolidations * Assist in corporate budgeting process * Collect operational data * Assist in year-end audits * Be a liaison between parent company and Levy * Prepare account reconciliations * Prepare journal entries in SAP * Create financial statements in Everest Reporting * Ad hoc projects * Analyze fringe expenses and allocations * Analyze IT expenses and allocations (prepaid expenses) * Inter-company transactions REQUIRED SKILLS * Financial reporting * Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel * General ledger journal entries * Account reconciliation * Corporate budgeting * Detailed oriented * Strong professional communication skills * Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions. * Motivated * Ability to work autonomously and independently * Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with budgets and forecasts * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related work as needed * Financial information confidentiality * Increase productivity by developing automated accounting processes REQUIRED EXPERIENCE * Bachelor''s Degree in related field * 2+ years of related work experience * SAP and Everest Reporting experience preferred but not required Levy is an equal opportunity employer.
