Assembly Technician

ASSEMBLERS ASSEMBLE!Our client located in Cary, IL, is looking for Assembly Technicians to join their 3RD SHIFT team! In this position you will monitor multiple high speed machines, perform quality checks of product, and fill machine hoppers.Pay: $17.25/hrHours: M-F | 12:20 AM - 8:30 AMAssembly Technician Responsibilities:Monitor multiple high speed automated production machines Verify correctness of components from shop order to component number to prevent mixed or wrong parts.Perform quality checks visually and using various inspection gauges.Perform testing of assembled product to ensure product meets performance requirements.Fill machine hoppers for multiple machinesPerform rework at machine and sort machine scrap.Perform record-keeping duties; record production information using various production formsLoad tubing rolls onto machinery and thread tubing onto machinePerform traceability and lock control functions utilizing a hand held scannerAssist machine technician with changeoversMove boxes by hand Assembly Technician Qualifications:H.S.
