Job Description of the Packer Family-owned, global ingredient and inclusion food manufacturer are in immediate need of a Production Associate to join our team! Duties of the Food Packer Follow direction of line lead, supervisor, and manager to perform the following tasks, but not limited to: Label boxes and other packaging materials Build, tape, and seal boxes Package product Stack product on pallets Clean equipment as needed Keep work area clean as needed Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment Communicate issues to plant management Follow food safety, workplace safety and company policies and procedures Don''t feel you''re the best fit for this job but know someone who is? Qualifications of the Food Packer Accuracy and attention to detail Quick learner Team player Basic mathematical skills Ability to lift to 50 pounds repeatedly Ability to work in a standing, crouching, bending position for long periods Ability to multitask Ability to work 12 hours Bonus Traits of the Food Packer Previous blending, batching, or mixing experience Experience with food manufacturing or other manufacturing Flexibility to work 8 or 12 hours, as well as overtime Bilingual English/Spanish Family-owned, global ingredient and inclusion food manufacturer
