Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a REMOTE Customer Service Representative position in Metairie, LA. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! Remote but must train in Metairie, LA. Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract Length: 4 Months Pay: $ 17.50/HR Shift/Hours: 8A - 5P Monday- Friday Responsibilities for this REMOTE Customer Service Representative position include but are not limited to: Skills/attributes required: Call Center experience in healthcare insurance required Must be able to talk and type simultaneously, speak clear and explain concepts related to healthcare to seniors, cheerful/pleasant demeanor Skills/attributes are nice to have: Medicare Advantage or Medicare experience would be great Work hours: 8-5 Monday thru Friday with the possibility of occasional requests to cover evenings (but not likely) This position will involve answering phones for a Medicare Advantage Plan: The callers will be primarily seniors and the individuals will have to be able to patiently and calmly assist them. Work location: Telecommute. Training to be done in Metairie, LA so need to be located locally Shift: 8am - 5pm with occasional request to assist from 5pm-8pm or weekends This person will work with 5 other temporary workers to assist in answering calls from members.
