At Partners Federal Credit Union our Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO) is a creative and innovative strategist who is responsible for planning, directing, and managing all marketing and communications of the organization. The primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing member engagement through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations. This role will lead in design and implementation of marketing and communication strategies to cultivate our relationships and boost our brand awareness across the Disney organization. The CMCO ensures that the Partners'' messages are distributed across internal and external channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet the organization''s objectives. The CMCO connects the company narratives, social responsibility, and credit union mission.Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that support the mission, vision, goals, and objectives of Partners ensuring consistency with the Partners'' and Disney Brand.Create and manage the overall marketing calendar.Design and improve upon marketing and communication campaigns for each aspect of Partners, including both internal and external communication.Enhance the social media and traditional media presence of Partners.Set and achieve strategic goals related to social media metrics, advertising, and marketing campaign initiatives.Coordinate media coverage for all Partners'' events and campaigns; promote and maintain good relationships with media, the public, and community organizationsEnsure brand consistency in all advertising, marketing, and communications effortsDevelop effective corporate communication strategies for effective communication for external members and internal cast members and employees.Propagate an enthusiastic brand message that resonates with Partners'' target demographic.Leads community outreach efforts, e.g. Member Service Advisor Groups. (MSAG)Manage development and production of all Partners'' publications, collateral, and campaigns.Ensure the department is effective in producing publications, maintaining an effective website, obtaining positive media coverage, maintaining an effective online presence, and creating a visible presence in the community.Lead the Communications and Marketing teams.Provide coaching, training, mentorship, and support in an atmosphere of open and direct communication.Manage the workflow of the Communications and Marketing teams.As a member of the Executive Management Team, help in developing, implementing and execution of the strategic plan for the Credit UnionServe as a collaborative partner with the EMT and the board in developing the vision for the future of the Credit Union.Basic Qualifications:Superb analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and inspire a teamOutstanding interpersonal skillsFlexibilityPassionate Member advocacyThorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product, and service managementDeep understanding of changing market dynamicsCreativity and imaginationAbility to develop effective relationships with community leaders and people of influence.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Extensive knowledge in a variety of disciplines such as production, information technology, legal and finance.Expertise in different social networks, including Facebook and TwitterSolid experience coordinating successful PR and communications campaignsExcellent communication and presentation skills with confidence to serve as the company''s spokespersonSolid understanding of project management principlesWorking knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing softwareOutstanding organizational and planning abilitiesExperience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for business and/or educational marketingExperience using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Adwords) and analytics (i.e., Net Promoter Score)Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Demonstrated expertise in strategic communication for internal and external audiences and constituenciesExperience with traditional and digital communications strategies and planning with an emphasis on internal communications and external public relationsExperience with marketing researchExperience with brand management and development of effective strategic marketingplansPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with SixSigma process improvementRequired EducationBachelor''s DegreePreferred EducationPost-Graduate Degree
