We are looking to expand our team by hiring a new VP, People & Culture, a team player who is ready to make the role their own and bring their own ideas and innovations to the table. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will be supporting our People & Culture team by development and execution of the people strategy while aligning it to the core values of the organization and strategic growth cycle. Our VP, P&C will be the core of developing a diverse and inspiring workplace which allows our talent to be their very best.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the goals and objectives for the People Strategy at Elements as it aligns to the corporate strategy.Deliver a culture that is consistent with the Elements DNA and our core values across the global while embracing the remote and hybrid work culture.Identify key performance indicators for the organizations human resource and talent management functions; assess the organization success and market competitiveness based on these metrics.Partner with the business leaders to develop a talent strategy based on department goals and objectives.Designing and maintaining a talent assessment methodology and develop a people analytics dashboard with key people indicators to drive organizational success.Develop DE&I initiatives and cultivate a culture of diversity and inclusivity within the organization.Lead the P&C global team while providing inspirational leadership.Create learning and development opportunities while reskilling teams for organizational agility and future employability.Responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.Research and participate in professional development and growth of the global People & Culture team.About YouBachelor''s in Human Resources Management or relevant field.10+ years in the HR management leading a global organization.Experience in human data analytics with proactive indicators and dashboards.Deep human behavioral understanding towards creating high engagement and powered teams.Strong business acumen as it relates to overall business objectives and people planning.Workforce planning and succession planning analytics for the future success of the companyLeadership Development and Assessment.Knowledge and experience of HRIS, ATS, LMS, and new HR tools and technologies.
