Company for Business manages all of Company Group ''s B2B relationships. Our partners range from large airlines, hotels, and activity providers to single homeowners. As strategic partners to the businesses we work with, we help partners extend their distribution and advertising reach, deliver valuable services to customers and employees, and power their performance through our technology and solutions. Lead the product management teams responsible for the Company for Business, Demand Partner Solutions offerings. We build experiences and capabilities that delight and enable our Demand Partners to deliver value to their customers through a set of solutions / offerings designed for the B2B markets. Who You Are:Proven situational leadership skills and the ability to motivate and generate enthusiasm with individuals across all levels of the organization.Large scale program management ability to drive solutions across a global organization with multiple functional stakeholders.Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability, in a constantly fast-evolving environment.A Storyteller: able to build and articulate a vision and translating it into an executable strategy, leading with data and insights.
